Jane Fonda born in New York City in 1937 to legendary screen star Henry Fonda and New York socialite Frances Seymour Brokaw, Jane Seymour Fonda was destined early to an uncommon and influential life in the limelight.
She was the exercise queen who shaped a nation when she released her fitness videos in the 1980s.
And it seems Jane Fonda has certainly been taking her own advice, judging by photographs of the 73-year-old actress at the Cannes Film Festival.
Fonda wore a fitted white Emilio Pucci maxi dress which featured sheer panels on the front and sides as she walked the red carpet for the premiere of Sleeping Beauty.
The Monster-In-Law actress succeeded in looking both sexy and elegant at the event, and was the star of the evening - despite actresses Diane Kruger and Rachel McAdams also putting in stunning appearances in their outfits.
But all eyes were most definitely on Fonda, who teamed her dress with a pair of dangly earrings, gold clutch bag and matching shoes.
The actress has been very open about relying on surgery in the past, admitting to having breast implants in the 1970s, as well as having more surgery on her chin, neck and under her eyes last year.
